Relocation Resources is focused on providing products and services for the Corporate Relocation industry. To facilitate this service to HR departments, Relocation Resources has created NIXOR.
Corporate Relocation is defined by Relocation Resources as:
Anyone who is RECRUITED or RELOCATED by their CURRENT or FUTURE employer.
In an effort to support Corporations and Organizations, large and small, profit and not for profit, to recruit and/or relocate the best and the brightest to their city, Relocation Resources has created its NIXOR program.
Although American's move on an average more than 12 times in a life time, relocation remains one of the most stressful times in an individual or families life. A vast number of decisions have to be made in a very short amount of time and more often than not, the newcomers lack information and options to make sound decisions.
The many questions and concerns that newcomers have for recruiters and HR professionals are addressed in both the print version as well as the website and will provide the newcomers not only with many options and answers but will help the HR specialists to convince the newcomers and its family to relocate.
Relocation Resources' supports the efforts of HR departments across the nation with websites, resource guides and offers. NIXOR is its latest effort to consolidate and grow the relationships we have built with thousands of organizations.

NIXOR currently consists of three main components.
I. Relocation Resources provides free copies of its local relocation resource guide to all HR departments. These elaborate, high quality guides are unique in that they contain only relevant and accurate information.
Copies can be received quarterly by setting up a delivery, or individual orders can be placed. Each city website has a grey button in the top menu bar that states: Distribute our Guide. Copies are delivered at no cost.
II. Relocation Resources through RSS Feeds allows its NIXOR partners to build Relocation Centers into their Employment/Recruiting pages on its own websites so that relevant, updated content is available for those future employees or those that are being relocated can find answers to their questions.
III. NIXOR Landing pages are made available for each partner on our website at no cost to feature its organization. It allows for your organization to share your mission, environment and corporate culture with over 40,000 unique visitors that are made up of newcomers as well as trailing spouses. Relocation Resources forwards any and all requests for information to our NIXOR contacts. Starting in the second quarter of 2010, NIXOR partners will be able to post up to 25 jobs at no charge.
