We hire and keep experienced superintendents/managers, and don't believe in turnover to save a few dollars short term.

And then there is out warranty. We start with Bonded Builders Warranty Coverage, whom we believe is the best in the business. From there, we respond to all customer needs, and the builder that knows your home, is the same person responding to warranty issues. Likewise, the same person that sold you your home, is available to help co-ordinate any warranty concerns. We believe in keeping low turnover in our sales and service departments also, so you know who you are dealing with all the time. Continuity is important.
